How does shipping work?

Many items are processed and sent to fulfillment the same day or by the following business day. Virtually all orders are shipped with tracking included via UPS or Canada Post within Canada. **Please see our Shipping Policy for more info.

How long is shipping?

Current fulfillment and shipment times are averaging 10-15 days to your door.

What is the policy for returns?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.** **Please see our Shipping Policy for more info.

What is your refund policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours.

Where are you based?

Our business head office is located in Batawa, Ontario but the majority of our printing and shipping occurs in Windsor Ontario at our fulfillment centre. Our secondary printers are mainly located in the greater Toronto area. We try our best to keep everything as Canadian as possible using the Canadian workforce.

Where is the product made?

Our main apparel product (t-shirts and hoodies) are GILDAN brand clothing which is a Montreal, Quebec company but they have manufacturing facilities all over the world.

Do you support Canadian Military charities?

We have been able to support the “Royal Canadian Legion Poppy fund” every year since our inception and also have donated to certain causes throughout the year like the “Wounded Warriors Canada” as well as “Vets Canada.”
