Canada For Victory was founded in 2014 by a full-time soldier/part-time entrepreneur.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER: ERIK Joined the service as an artilleryman in the fall of 2009. He then founded the original Canadian Military apparel company, "KitBomb" in 2012 before moving on to create "Canada for Victory" in the summer of 2014 after being on leave with severe PTSD.

Fascinated with Canadian military history, and during his youth Erik and his dad spent a lot of time at a surplus store in Oshawa, Ontario. After getting tired of seeing so many American military t-shirts and other apparel in surplus stores and online, Erik wanted to showcase our proud history. And CFV was conceived.

Erik originally started by hand pressing t-shirts and selling them at lunch in the Canex parking lot in Petawawa where he was posted for a time. Eventually as demand grew (and tired of screwing up so many shirts!) he switched to "print on demand" by a reputable company in Ontario.

Erik Left the military in early 2020 and in April of 2021 his friend Larry from Trenton, Ontario purchased the business when he found out that he was having twins! Which was a good move because now Erik is very busy and rarely gets a chance to even open his laptop anymore but remains involved in CFV on the design aspect.

The original intent was promoting our military roots by recreating elements of WW1 & WW2 era propaganda posters on t- shirts, but has since developed into a mix of apparel that captures the Canadian fighting spirit, past and present! Our designs are the bridge between generations. We are able to inspire future soldiers and recognize veterans that served their country.
